Chakras--Understanding the Human Energy System
This introductory class will take you on a journey through the structure of the human energy system, the chakras. You will leave with a greater awareness of how your subtle body affects and is affected by others and the world, and how you can protect and rejuvenate your own life force energy!
In this workshop you will discover:
* An overview of the human energy system
* What chakras are, their location and appearance
* How different cultures conceptualize the chakras
* How chakras are formed and energy they hold
* How chakras relate to the physical body
* You will experience how a guided meditation clears your chakras
Fee: $30 includes manual and chakra crystals
Introduction to Stones and Crystals
In this class you will learn about our stone and crystal friends, how they heal, and the specific healing properties of various stones and crystals.
In this workshop you will discover:
* The history of stone and crystal healing
* How stones and crystals affect our physical and energy bodies
* How to use stones and crystals for healing and manifestation
* Healing properties of common stones and crystals
* How stones and crystals work with the chakras
* How to clear and energize your crystals
Fee: $38 includes a chakra healing stones, clearing supplies, and information packet.
Reiki Courses
Reiki I
In this 5 to 6 hour class you will learn:
* The origin of Usui Reiki, how it works, and what it can treat.
* The basics of the chakra system and how it relates to Reiki healing
You will receive the Reiki level I attunement as part of this class as well as leave understanding the importance of self-healing. Upon completion you will receive Certification for 1st degree Reiki.
Fee: $175 fee includes manual and a light meal.

Reiki I Refresher
For those previously attuned and certified, but need to "reconnect" with Reiki or need a refresher on self-healing. In this two hour course you will review the material covered in Level I and have any questions answered. This course is completely customized to fit your needs and is offered on a one-on-one basis.
Fee: $40 ($15 extra for a manual, if desired)
Prerequisite: must have Reiki I certification
Reiki II
Reiki II is for those who wish to continue their healing journey and raise their energy vibration to the next level. This five hour class builds upon Level I training as you discover symbols and techniques to enhance your healing potential.
You will learn how and when to properly use Level II symbols and techniques and how to initiate distance healing. Receiving Level II certification qualifies you to give Reiki to others.
Fee: $175 fee includes manual, lunch and snacks.
Prerequisite: Must have Reiki I certification
